Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified HHA or CNA with Hoyer Experience to join our Weekend Shift team in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, including personal care, medication management, and daily living activities
• Utilize Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices to ensure safe and comfortable transfers
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, vital signs, and medication adherence
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including documentation and billing
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience using Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and customer service

Work Environment

• Full-time, 40-hour per week position, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling
• Weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
