CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently looking for CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in West Roxbury, MA! We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers who want to help clients with their daily needs while supporting their comfort, safety, and independence at home. With full-time and part-time opportunities available, you can explore different shift lengths and schedules that fit your availability.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
