SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Randolph, MA . If you’re a dependable caregiver looking for flexible work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to provide meaningful support to clients at home, we want to hear from you.

Your Role
You’ll help clients with everyday needs while promoting their comfort, safety, and independence. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping
- Supporting daily routines and non-medical needs
- Following care plans and communicating client needs
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HHA certification
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
