CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking caring and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care in Norwood, MA. If you enjoy helping others and want a rewarding role where you can make a difference in someone’s everyday life, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
