Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility located in Butler, Pennsylvania , is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of caring professionals. As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and report patient status and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
