About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our patients
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional abilities
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for long-term independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or related field
- Current OT licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
