Front Desk Coordinator - City Dental
Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm. No Fridays or weekends. Dental office in Charlotte, NC.
Patients consistently mention in reviews how friendly and efficient our team is.
You'll run the front desk: check patients in and out, manage the schedule, handle insurance and payments, and keep things moving. Dental experience preferred, but a strong customer service background will also be strongly considered.
You'll do
- Check-in/check-out and phones
- Daily scheduling, including same-day appointments
- Insurance verification, breakdowns, treatment plans, co-pays
- Patient records and front office operations
You bring
- Dental front office experience preferred (insurance, benefit breakdowns)
- Or: strong customer service experience, fast learner
- Organized, friendly, comfortable multitasking
