Our facility offers short-term inpatient rehab services, skilled nursing care, and long-term care services to our residents. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and home-like environment, where our care-givers get to know each of our residents intimately and provide personalized care.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Unit Manager RN or LPN to join our team! As a Unit Manager, you will assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in providing, planning, coordinating or managing nursing care, nursing services and health education to residents and patients. Your excellent leadership skills, combined with your nursing expertise, will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Qualifications for the Unit Manager
- RN or LPN License in MD
- 5 years experience
- Nurse Management Experience Preferred
- LTC/SNF Experience
