Job Summary
South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an OT with our company, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by helping them regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Help residents regain independence and achieve their goals
- Use your expertise to improve mobility, coordination, cognitive skills, and overall quality of life
- Fit and adjust adaptive equipment to meet individual needs
- Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress
