Job Summary
South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in Boonsboro, Maryland. As a Physical Therapist with our center, you'll have the opportunity to design high-level therapy programs that help our guests regain strength, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized therapy programs to help guests achieve their goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs
- Develop and maintain effective therapy plans, including discharge planning to ensure ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid State License
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Passion for helping people recover and regain their independence
