We are adding to our team!!! As a Part Time member of our rapidly growing Occupational Therapy program, you would be a crucial part of helping to grow our program and helping our patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join our growing and dynamic team.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve patient goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and challenges
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
- License/Certification: Current OT licensure and certification
- Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
