About the job
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team full-time. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and opening new patient cases within assisted living facilities in Long Island, NY .

Requirements
Valid NYS RN license
Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive
- COVID-19 vaccination required (or acceptable exemption)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
- Proficient with computers; EMR and Pointcare experience a plus
- Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required
