Full time Scheduler – Senior Helpers- In office position Schedule: Full-Time: 11 AM--8 PM , On call
We’re looking for an organized, solution-driven Scheduler to ensure the right caregiver is matched with each client. This is a position located in our West Ashley office candidate must be local to the area.
Responsibilities
- Manage caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
- Handle call-offs and schedule changes quickly
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and team
- Assist as a caregiver when needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Scheduling or home care experience preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented team player
