Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that dietary needs are met and exceed resident expectations
- Monitor and report on resident food intake and nutritional status
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for residents and staff
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and provide expert guidance to colleagues
