About the job
Responsible for overseeing flow of ongoing administrative, secretarial and data management functions in the CPRT department. Assists in departmental administrative functions on ongoing basis, assist in data system related process associated with generation of CPRT reports. Assists in ensuring appropriate data and paper flow in connection with departmental operations as a whole. Assists in directing communication within the departments concerning staff activities. Assists in information flow/scheduling/coordination of deadlines, for a variety of departmental activities.

Pay: $30/hr
