As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing innovative and evidence-based occupational therapy services to our patients, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist Per Diem, you will
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, function, and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions
- Document patient progress and outcomes, as required
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Vermont
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations
