About the Role
As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized care to our patients and residents. Your expertise will be essential in creating a safe and supportive environment, promoting healing, and improving outcomes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, as well as communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and managing chronic conditions
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
