Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' functional abilities and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, strength, balance, cognition, and other areas impacting functional performance.
• Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary team members to support residents' rehabilitation goals.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote independence.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team.
