Job Summary
Riverstone Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Responsibilities
- CNA Support : Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with resident care and daily activities on the floor from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Patient Care : Provide general care to residents, including vital sign checks, feeding, and bathing
- Therapeutic Support : Engage with patients through activities, conversation, and other therapies to promote overall well-being
- Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Experience : Previous experience in a long-term care setting or similar healthcare environment; 0 years of experience required
- Certification : Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification; ability to obtain certification if not currently certified
