Location: 305 Taylor Street, Butler, KY 41006
River Valley Nursing Home is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our in-house nursing team. We are agency-free , which means you’ll work with a consistent, supportive team that values your skills and commitment to resident care.

RN Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents
- Safely administer medications and treatments
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
- Maintain accurate medical records and care plans
- Report changes in resident status to physicians and leadership
- Collaborate with LPNs, STNAs, physicians, and families
RN Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (required)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
