Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide (HCA) to join our Right at Home Torrance team! As a premier home care franchise system, we provide companionship, personal care, and homemaking services to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
- Engage clients in activities they enjoy, such as reading, playing games, or watching movies
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support
