About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide various levels of care to our clients, including:
- Companion Care : Engage in conversations, play games, and assist with daily activities to promote socialization and overall well-being
- Light Housekeeping : Perform light cleaning duties, including laundry, dusting, and tidying up living spaces
- Meal Preparation : Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation to ensure our clients' nutritional needs are met
- Personal Care Services : Offer assistance with bathing, dressing, and other personal care tasks to promote independence and dignity
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to clients, adhering to our company's core values and standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dusting, and tidying up living spaces
