About the Role
As a CNA with Right at Home Rhome Texas, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitoring and reporting client vital signs and changes in condition
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with the right at Home Rhome Texas care team to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services provided
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
