Caregiver / CNA / Home Health Aide – Flexible Schedules
If you're looking for a job where your time and compassion can make someone's day better, Right at Home would love to meet you. We're adding new caregivers to our team to provide dependable, one-on-one support to adults who want to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Location: Dothan/Troy and surrounding area
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Previous caregiving experience required

What You'll Do
Every client has different needs, so no two days are exactly the same. Your role may include providing personal care/hygiene assistance, preparing meals, light housekeeping, running errands or transportation, and supporting clients with everyday activities and routines within their own home.
