Position Overview
- Physical Therapist (PT) hospital based 100% Inpatient in Aberdeen, Washington
- Acute care to include Med floor, ortho floor, ICU, and ED.
- Pay range $46/hr - $55/hr, depending on experience
- Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: You’ll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years - use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
Physical Therapist Job Requirements
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
