We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a top-rated healthcare and rehabilitation center in Maricopa County, Arizona. As a Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
About the Role
As a Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
- Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
- Participating in resident activities and support group sessions
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements
- Currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely and comfortably
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
