Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNA or HHA
- Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate
- BLS Certified
- Florida State CEU's
- Physical exam within the past 12 months that states “free of communicable diseases”
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
- Valid Driver's License
