Position Overview

We are actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) throughout the Hampton Roads area for immediate client assignments. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for experienced CNAs who are ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors.

If you have at least one year of caregiving experience, enjoy providing one-on-one care, and want to work with an agency that values its caregivers, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan and agency policies.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Active CNA certification appropriate for the position.

At least one year of caregiving or relevant hands-on care experience.

• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions.
• Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

Please note: Applicants must meet the experience and credential requirements. Training is not provided for this position.
