Position Details

• Location: Mankato, MN (56003)
• Hours:
• Days Wednesday through Saturdays 9-hour shifts
• Overnights Every other Monday & Tuesday 10 hour shifts
• Overnights Every Saturday & Sunday 10-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 8-year old with vent, trach and a g-tube
• Location: Mankato, MN (56003)
• Hours:
• Days Friday - Sunday 8-12-hour shifts
• Evenings Every other Saturday & Sunday 4- to 6- hour shifts
• Overnights Every Thursday through Sunday 9- to 12- hour shifts
• Client Specifics: Pediatric-sized 21-year old with a vent and a gj-tube.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Earn More for Select Shifts

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Pay Range

You bring the skill and compassion that make one-on-one pediatric care possible. We’re committed to recognizing the experience and expertise you bring to our families.

• LPN: $25.00 – $31.00/hour
• RN: $35.00 – $41.00/hour

Starting pay is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
