What you'll do
- Deliver restorative nursing programs under the direction of the licensed nurse and therapy team
- Lead active and passive range-of-motion exercises
- Help residents walk safely and practice transfers and bed mobility
- Apply, remove and care for splints and braces
- Support restorative dining and self-feeding programs
- Document each session and report progress or concerns to the nurse and therapists
- Pitch in with resident care on the floor when needed
What you bring
- Active Montana CNA certification
- 6 months of CNA experience, ideally in long-term care
- Restorative aide training preferred; we will train the right person
- Current BLS preferred
- Patience, encouragement and a team-first attitude
- Able to pass a background check
