Something for everyone

We have something for everyone, whether you want a dynamic workflow, work-life balance, or a team that feels like family. We take a family approach here: we treat our staff and our residents like family. Leaders roll up their sleeves, and we look out for each other. With Montana's first long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit on site, you can build high-acuity respiratory skills without leaving the state.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the nurse manager on duty for the whole building on weekends
  • Lead and support charge nurses, supervisors, CNAs and med techs across every unit
  • Manage weekend staffing: fill call-offs, adjust assignments and approve overtime as needed
  • Keep families and physicians informed and follow up on orders and changes in condition
  • Handle admissions, concerns and incidents as they happen and escalate to the DON or administrator when needed
  • Round on every unit and check that care, documentation and supplies are on track
  • Hand off a clear weekend report to the Monday leadership team

What you bring

  • Active RN license in Montana or a compact state
  • 2+ years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience, including charge nurse or supervisor experience
  • Calm, confident leadership and clear communication with staff, families and physicians
  • Current BLS; ventilator or trach experience a plus, not required
  • Available for every weekend

Benefits

  • Hiring bonus for new managers (ask us about payout terms)
  • A leadership role with direct support from the DON and administrator
  • Hands-on ventilator and trach experience in Montana's first long-term vent/trach unit
