What you'll do
- Direct and monitor nursing assistants on the unit
- Follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders and restraint reduction
- Communicate regularly with the Nurse Manager or DON
- Document and report changes in condition, including nutrition, infections, skin and weight
- Give and receive shift report
- Help admit and orient new residents; transcribe and communicate physician orders
What you bring
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program
- Current LPN/LVN license in good standing in the State of Montana or a compact state
