About the Role
Palm Beach Nursing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist residents with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary living environment
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Accurately document care provided and clinical activities
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
