Operating Hours: Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Qualifications
- Required: Valid Licensure in the state of Indiana
As an Associate Dentist, you will
- Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services like cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care; consult the owner if unsure about handling any patient care situations.
- Maintain clear and concise clinical notation and documentation for every patient treated.
