Are you a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding career?
We're looking for a dedicated COTA to join our rehabilitation team and help residents regain independence, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on occupational therapy under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
- Help residents achieve meaningful progress and greater independence.
What We're Looking For
- Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for resident-centered care.
- Skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
