Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
Oak Village Healthcare is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Oaktown, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services designed to enhance residents’ independence, function, and overall quality of life while maintaining a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and function.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Indiana.
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
