Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Location: Oak Village Healthcare – Oaktown, IN
Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
Pay Rate: Up to $65/hr (5-10 hrs C-PRN Weekly)
Oak Village Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide PRN therapeutic care in Oaktown, IN. This flexible role is perfect for therapists who want meaningful patient interaction while maintaining schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions
- Document care accurately and update goals as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes
- Maintain compliance, quality, documentation, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Indiana
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
