About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, including:

• Providing individualized nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care transitions
