Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care on weekends, while also supervising and supporting our nursing team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring that all staff members are working together effectively to provide seamless care to our patients.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our nursing practice is always evidence-based and patient-centered.
