About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Take vital signs, measure height and weight, and promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Support nurses with documentation and delegated tasks
- Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas
- Respond to call lights and provide timely, compassionate assistance
- Participate in shift meetings and care conferences
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
