New York Community Care is looking to hire a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Brooklyn office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Scheduling Coordinator executes and supports each clients’ home care solution. This includes maintenance of ongoing communication and coordination with the referral, family members, client, healthcare providers and intake sources for all clients.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of office experience.
1+ years of home care coordination experience.
Knowledgeable in HHA Exchange is preferred.

- Spanish (Required)
