Job Summary
New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cedar Park, Texas (northwest of Austin) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team on a full-time night shift basis. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, and provide nail care for assigned residents
- Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
- Lift, move, and transfer residents as required
- Answer call lights in a timely manner
- Assist or feed residents as needed
- Keep residents clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
- Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
- Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Current certification in good standing with the State of Texas
- Pass a criminal background check
- Exhibit excellent hospitality skills
- Have computer skills and be detail oriented
