- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in homes, schools, or daycare settings.
- Work directly with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist children in building independence, learning new skills, and reducing challenging behaviors.
- Collect and document data to track each child's progress.
- Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other team members to support each child's development.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to develop professional skills.
Ideal Candidates: Patient, compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children and are interested in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $18-$24/hour
- Shifts: Evening - 4 PM -7 PM
- Location: Frederick, Maryland
Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications
- No Need for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification!
- Training will be provided!
- Ability to pass a background check.
