Every day, we help residents regain independence, restore confidence, and rediscover joy in daily life. Our team thrives on collaboration, empathy, and clinical excellence, ensuring each patient receives care that’s as personal as it is professional.

- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric care setting preferred, but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional practice.
Why You'll Love It Here
- Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for growth.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
- Paid time off, holiday pay, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
- A supportive, close-knit therapy team that celebrates wins - big and small.
