Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team!

What You'll Be Doing
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and goals.
- Provide skilled therapy services for dysphagia, cognitive-linguistic deficits, and communication challenges.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident progress and outcomes.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) .
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility for appropriate licensure.
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and new graduates will be considered!
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to resident-centered care.
- SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is a plus, but training can be provided.
- CFY candidates must meet applicable Pennsylvania licensing and supervision requirements.
