As a Respiratory Therapist at Morris View Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Respiratory Therapist is a key member of our multidisciplinary team, and we are seeking a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, including ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and oxygen therapy
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
