About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist PRN to join our team at Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a valued member of our health care team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality speech therapy services that promote recovery and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients with a range of diagnoses, including cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions to address patient needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based practices and Stay current with industry developments and best practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment
