About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educating patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a nursing facility setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) schedule or Part Time schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
