About Our Department:
Welcome to our fast-paced 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit , where every day is an opportunity to make a difference!
We care for patients with STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization, CHF, arrhythmias, stroke management, and more. With a supportive nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, our PCAs play a vital role in delivering compassionate, top-quality care.
We believe in teamwork, clear communication, accountability, and mutual respect - all to provide exceptional care to every patient.
Position Overview
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in medical office administration.
Experience: Prior experience using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information. Experience in working with the public; customer service.
Preferred Experience: Prior clerical experience working in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Other : Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and HIPAA regulations preferred.
