Mercy Dental Missions is currently hiring for a highly motivated, bi-lingual front desk! The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting the front desk with scheduling and patient communication.

Work Schedule
- Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Tuesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Wednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Occasional Friday hours
- No weekends!!

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and other front desk duties
- Collect and document patients’ charges and payments
- Discuss Treatment plans with patients
- Strive to provide excellent customer service throughout the organization
- Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires multitasking
- Be willing and able to step into various roles and wear different hats
Position Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow with close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities at all levels
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to approach constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Salary
- $22/hr - $26/hr
- Based on experience
Experience
- Dental: 2 years preferred but willing to train the right individual
